In the end 43 humans and 1 (very friendly) dog visited #T3BOARD23. Our skipass included 450 lifts and 1200 km of slopes. We had 3 not very serious injuries, and in the end 3 remains (2 rings, 1 power plug).
Countless: the fun we had together, the great food and the number of Bombardini served. Also countless the fantastic views and adventures we had all together in a very friendly, respectful and kind atmosphere!
I would like to say a big THANK YOU to our host, Hotel Césa Tyrol and Michele and his team for the great hospitality! Yes, Michele, you are now on the team! :-)
Many thanks also to our travel agency Christophorus Reisen for helping with all the booking stuff!
A big thank you also to Leuchtfeuer - Digital Marketing for helping with the T-Shirt design, it's again outstanding!
And for sure many thanks to our Gold-Sponsor in2code GmbH from Rosenheim, DE who sponsored once more the T-Shirts!
I would like to share a small story with you, which happened at #T3BOARD23, and you maybe could think about.
Around mid of our week in the Dolomites a woman told Sandra, one of our participants, that her son is right out of university and started to work at a webagency with that TYPO3, and she asked what we are doing here, and who we are. Sandra had a nice little chat with her, came over to me and asked, if we maybe have a spare T-Shirt, and yes, we had! Thanks to Sandra, that woman got a T-Shirt of the famous T3BOARD event for her son!
I let sink that small situation for some days and that's what I imagine we could have done there, as a community:
First of all we made a mum being a hero for her son, getting him such a rare shirt! Well, I believe most mums are superheroes anyways ... further more we invited a young person who's working with TYPO3 since only a short time to be part of our friendly, open minded and respectful community.
With that imagination in mind I think that's what I like about being a member of the TYPO3 community for such a long time.
Thanks to all of you making that event so unique and outstanding!
T3BOARD will be back in 2024, this time in Obergurgl, Ötztal! See you next winter in Tyrol!
